The Caribbean Event is an annual private charity event in Ontario and main arm of the Grant Morris Foundation, whose fundraising initiatives support scholarships, an endowment fund at Ontario Tech University, and other charitable objectives.

For the Event’s milestone 20th anniversary, 500 of its loyal supporters were gifted with a soft-cover keepsake offering a pot pourri of all things “The Caribbean Event”.

Section One chronicles its expansion and fundraising successes over the trajectory of two decades. Sections Two, Three and Four, respectively, feature: descriptions and national dish recipes for the countries of origin of most of its supporters; additional recipes provided by members of the Event’s core management team, and a networking directory of the Event’s supporters.
