TAIBU Community Health Centre provides culturally-affirming holistic healthcare to the Black community across the Greater Toronto Area, via a range of programs and services. They have significantly delved into extensive research on such topics as low back pain, which  represents a category of suffering that is commonly dismissed or insufficiently treated at a disproportionate level within the Black community.  

In 2023, they published their findings in  “Addressing Low Back Pain in Black Bodies – TAIBUCHC’s Community Based Approach”, exploring their program details, participant highlights, client insights, and program results. Our services were retained to bring the research report to life via a layout design referencing TAIBU’s  brand and utilizing elements culturally reflective of its client demographic.
