Lakeridge Health is an umbrella of several health care and medical facilities across Ontario’s Durham Region including five hospitals, four emergency departments, a surgical centre, and more than 20 community locations.

In 2023, Lakeridge established a 5-year Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Anti-Racism (IDEAA) Multi-Year Action Plan to be implemented across its care teams. We adhered to Lakeridge’s brand guidelines to design the IDEAA Plan documents, presentation and social media materials.
