TAIBU Community Health Centre provides culturally-affirming holistic healthcare to the Black community across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), via a range of programs and services. More recently TAIBU cultivated and implemented their “School to Success Pipeline” project in the GTA and Hamilton regions, involving collaborations with various organizations and community health centres, and culminating with the release of a report in 2025.

The documents combine an extensive catalogue of research, youth statements, and the rundown and impact of various initiatives and solutions aimed at steering Black youth on a school-to success pathway.

Our services were retained to create an engaging, culturally- reflective layout across three versions of the report.
