Flemingdon Health Centre (FHC) has as its purpose to create strong and healthy communities, and provides free health care services, programs, and supports for clients in their East North York catchment zone of the Greater Toronto Area.

In 2023, FHC celebrated and reflected on five decades as steadfast providers of health and care for its communities, with activities also coordinated to commemorate the milestone.

Following FHC brand guidelines, we designed various promotional and presentation materials, beginning with the 50th anniversary logo that was selected by a community voting process.
