Black Creek Community Health Centre (BCCHC) is a leading entity in Ontario community health care, serving the Black Creek catchment area.

Our journey with BCCHC, began with the development of a brand story that eschewed generic imagery or “white-coat”, clinical associations with health care and tapped into BCCHC’s relatability, no-frills and non-judgemental holistic approach to providing essential care for its community.

To maximize messaging of compassionate care in tandem with the rebrand, BCCHC also launched the statement “Care We Deserve” to be integrated into communications materials.

Designing this tagline as a ‘sub-logo’ of sorts, we referenced the brand touchpoints we had developed for BCCHC to re-create its website and various other corporate materials.
